At Electronic Associates (Taiwan) Ltd., we take pride in our exceptional research and development capabilities. We offer comprehensive solutions that cover the entire product development cycle, including design and development, prototyping and validation, tooling construction, electrical design, and manufacturing.
Our extensive resources feature state-of-the-art equipment such as simulation tools (Ansys), mockup facilities (CNC & 3D printers), semi-anechoic chambers, wind tunnels, and thermal chambers. These advanced tools enable us to rigorously test and refine our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

- Wind Tunnel Testing.
We set up a wind tunnel machine in our facilities to precisely test the airflow and static pressure of our cooling fans, ensuring they match our designed specifications. The machine can measure airflow up to 5,000 CFM and static pressure up to 150 mm H2O, with a deviation of less than 2%, meeting the stringent testing requirements for industrial fans..

- Life Cycle Testing.
Our lab conducts continuous testing to ensure product longevity and reliability, adhering to rigorous Japanese testing standards. Fans are tested for 40,000 hours in a 40°C environment to ensure they meet safety requirements throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, existing models undergo the same stringent testing every five years to maintain consistent quality and performance.

- Constant temperature and humidity Testing.
Our constant temperature and humidity machines are designed to simulate various climate conditions for products, including high and low temperature operation and storage, temperature cycling, high temperature and humidity, low temperature and humidity, and dew condensation tests. Additionally, it helps perform simulations of product performance under extreme conditions and accelerated aging conditions.

- Anechoic Chamber for Noise Testing.
Anechoic chamber is used to measure sound source directly, frequency response, and noise emissions from radiating sound sources. Our specialized room is designed to completely absorb reflections of sound waves, creating an environment with no echo. This allows for highly accurate acoustic measurements by eliminating background noise and reverberation. The controlled environment ensures precise data collection for research and development in fields and improve our products.
